Have witnessed on multiple occasions that main salesperson, Jeff, is most gracious and charming when making a sale and a condescending nightmare when it comes to service, repairs and warranty. If you have to go there, my advice is to test out and identify the vacuum while the salesperson is nice and purchase the item online for a better price -- and have it serviced elsewhere. A very disappointing experience for such expensive purchases. Peacock and perform on, Jeffu!

I have been searching for a repair shop to bring my mother's vacuum into for a long time. After going to another store up the road, I has happy to find Sandy Springs Vacuums @ the intersection of Abernathy/Roswell Road. The gentleman behind the counter, who I assume was the owner, was very helpful and knowledgable. Although I had been fearful of this store based on the previous review, I found it to be the most pleasant experience. He took his time with me, & ever made sure that I walked out of the store happy.

I Went to the location in Sandy Springs. The guy had such a bad attitude. Was extremely rude and was holding a phone the ENTIRE time. When I kept having more questions and asked if he could possibly put the phone down. He took my vacuum and took it outside and said he would not business w/ me. Because I asked him to put the phone down?? Are you serious? He kept answering my different questions, w/ the same answer in a very monotone way. He clearly wanted to be doing anything, but dealing w/ a customer. I am shocked at the rude behavior and lack of customer service. Go ANYWHERE, but here!
