I contacted BPS to open my pool and start up. When they removed the tarp from the pool instead of pumping the water from the top of the tarp they poured the dirty water into the pool. Obviously this would require more chemicals than necessary to clear up the water from their action..... which in turn means they can add more chemicals and charge for them. Then on the follow up visit - the vacuuming was very poor. Alot of dirt/debris was left in the bottom of the pool. Very expensive service for the low quality of work.

We have used Buckhead Pool for weekly maintenance for almost 5 years and whenever something has gone wrong with our system they have been great about getting it fixed. They are prompt and professional and I recommend them highly.

I have been using BPS for over five years and they have been very reliable and available for any emergency situation we have had. Maybe not the cheapest pool service out there but they make up for that with service and quick follow ups. I have both my technicians cell phones and they answer the phone anytime I call them. I highly recommend BPS.

First, the only review is from the owner! Check out his reference section on his website, there are none! I dealt with Charles Richardson. He will not read your emails and answer your questions, He lied, never looked at my pool, sent me an estimate a grand more than anyone else to cover his costs with never seeing my pool, and was a total waste of time. As a service company; we appreciate feedback either positive or negative. Positive feedback tells us we are doing something right. Negative feedaback lets us know we need to improve within a specific area. Unfortunately; when feedback is inaccurate; erroneous; subjective; there is little that can be done. If our Company was as represented by BlueMarlin it is doubtful we would still be in business after 45 years.
