This store used to have their merchandise on the floor so if you knew what you were looking for, you could help yourself. No longer. Now you have no choice but to be put on a list to be helped. We were put on the "fast track" because we did not need a fitting and STILL waited almost 90 minutes. And THEN, once we were helped, we were told it would be another 45 MINUTES to embroider a shirt. Totally outrageous prices. If you can get your uniforms somewhere else, like Lands End, AVOID THIS STORE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Very long wait times. Some uniform pieces are in the staff area of the store which makes you have to wait in line to spend tons of money. Staff is not very attentive. I saw numerous employees walking around not assisting customers when there was a long line. They didn't have the size that they were listed to carry for my daughter's blazer, so they sold me one that was $20 more! The first rep put me off to the next available person able to assist me because he didn't "specialize" in girl fittings even though I was next in line after waiting 45 minutes. This place makes you furious. There is nowhere to sit with your child if the line gets too long. Very poor system and customer service. I felt like I was in Wal-mart!

Parents at our school were required to buy from Buckhead Uniforms - We're 300 miles away. Bad deal. When they came to our school, there was no organization; uniforms were piled into the library. service staff hardly knew what they had. I wouldn't shop here if I had a choice.

First of all they are a very well stocked store and the quality of merchandise is good. However, they are not very organized for being in business as long as they have been. Most of the staff are very pleasant but not the best fitters. You need to stand your ground with these people as some of the older staffers can be quite abrupt. At times through the years I have felt I have been inconveniencing them.

Our son attends a private school with uniforms. Honestly, I have trouble keeping the uniform guidelines straight. BUT Buckhead uniforms knows the guidelines and have never lead me wrong. If you want a one stop shop and want them to lead you through the process, this is the place.
