This particular location (Curie Drive) for Buckhead Uniforms store is absolutely horrible. I don't wait until the last minute to shop and I still get terrible service. I went 2 days ago, called this morning, and then went over to pick up something they said they had. I came home empty handed. I called first! I completely got the run around. The Sandy Spring location is a drive for me but they are more customer friendly than their Curie location. Note: I've been shopping for school uniforms for 13 years. This is not an isolated incident. And from the looks of the reviews of this location over the years... I have to wonder why the owners haven't done something about the management of this store.

I only go here when in a pinch. The owners are always rude to both my children and me. I once heard the owner berate an employee. I stayed to make sure the employee was ok. I am trying to find an alternative uniform source.

As A Patron Of Buckhead Uniforms For Over 3 Years In Alpharetta I Find That Some People Think They Know How Everthing Should Work. They Shop One Week Before School Starts And Don't Know How To Buy In May Or June During Their Sale Time And If I Have To Return Anything In July Or August I Get The Same Sale Price As I Recievrd In May And Never Had To Stand In Any Lines.Their Tempory Summer Help Has More Than Been Helpful, These Rude Parents Are Usually Unhappy People In Their Everday Life. I For One A Mother Of Five (5) I Say Thanks For Your Help.

Don't waste your time with this store, go to one of their other locations! I've been in this store several times trying to get everything we need for 3 children. Each time I have been in this store I have had bad experiences with the staff. Having worked retail myself, I can say that the customer should never be treated this way! I wish our school would find another vendor!

Let me begin by explaining my star ratings. Over all = poor experience at the Alpharetta location. Service = poor the young man was not real knowledgeable about any of the sizes, styles or colors available. No one offered to measure my sons waist or look at him to see if things fit right. I asked for flat front, the young man came back with pleated. I'm not sure if this was because the Alpharetta location was out of everything or because he just didnt know what he was doing. I asked for 4 in his size shirt and I received one because they were out of his size. We got it home and tried it again and the shorts were too small with shirt tucked in. We looked for the receipt and realized that the old gentleman who checked us out was so busy defending the prices and policies of the logos and how it is the schools who make the rules, he didnt give us a receipt! He says hes there to help save the students and their parents money. Well there was a 10% off sale on knit shirts and guess what? He didnt give us the 10% off. Some savings! So there, value = poor! Go to sandy springs. I packed my son in the car and we did the very next day. From here on out that will be our location of choice as we were helped promptly upon arrival, there were plenty of specialists on hand to assist unlike the one young man at Alpharetta and the same specialist helped my son and I until we had absolutely everything we needed.

They provide a great business service if you can deal with the staff. I have been in several times and found that while they are very informative they are quite rude to everyone that walks through the door and really haven't mastered the art of personal interaction.
