I wish I could rate this less than one star, because this place doesn't deserve any! I booked Buckhead Wright's as the florist for my wedding. Everything was done and set; contract signed, deposit paid, numerous emails back and forth about details. My mom called Monday, the week of my wedding to make sure all details were confirmed and they knew where they needed to be and when. All fine. My wedding was on a Friday and the flowers were set to be delivered to us at 3pm. We called around 1pm the day of to once again confirm delivery details. All was fine. 3:30pm came and we realized the flowers still were not delivered. We proceeded to call the front desk at the hotel, no flowers had been delivered. This was my wedding day and I didn't have flowers! We then called Buckhead Wright's and asked where they were and the response we got was "O, isn't that wedding tomorrow?" We had a contract and numerous emails with the correct date! Let alone the fact that we called THAT DAY and confirmed the delivery details. Needless to say, the flowers finally arrived, but they were almost two hours late and cost us hundreds of dollars in extra hours with the photographer and at the venue. The best part about this whole thing is that when we called the Monday after the wedding to find out what happened, no apology was given and the owner, Sherry Moon, said she put the wrong date on her calendar. Are you kidding me?!

I was so impressed with Birghts service! They were friendly and helpful in my quest to send a nice sentiment to a friend without breaking the bank! Sherri was extrememly great and worked to get my flowers delivered the same day- even though I ordered late in the day! A++
