I didn't know Buckys did more then just oil changes... They are a full auto repair shop. I used them to replace my muffler. Not only are they skilled at mechanical work, their service is great, always with a smile and respect, always willing to do what they can and to discuss options with you.

I have never had problems or been unhappy with the quality of the work Bucky's provides, and I have referred a couple of my own friends here when they were having car problems. Bucky's reminds you that there really are honest auto repair businesses left out there.

We have been going to Bucky's in Lynnwood for years. It's hard to find a place that will do an oil change for a low price and get it done the same day. I wouldn't really go anywhere else... would recommend to family and friends.

On 1/30/10 we took our 1999 GMC Jimmy into Buckys to have our exhaust system checked. We arrived and checked our vehicle in at 8:43 am with the manager, Joey. We agreed to and signed a written estimate for $126.42 for the exhaust system to be checked. We were told that they would call us within an hour to let us know if it needed any additional work. If the costs would be any more, we would be called to get authorization. After an hour passed, we never received a phone call from Buckys. We live close by, so we decided to go check on our car. It was sitting in the same place where we left it so we went inside to check on it. The receptionist told my husband it was done. She told him she needed his signature to get his keys, so he signed. As he was signing for it, and she swiped his debit card. As he was signing it, he saw the amount was not the $126. 42 that we authorized on the written estimate, but was much higher at $521.65. He told the girl, wait, this isnt mine! She looked at it and said, youre right, this isnt yours. She grabbed it out of my husbands hands, as he was signing it. He asked for it back and she refused to give it back to him. She grabbed Joey, and he said, yes it is. We put a Catalytic Converter in your car. My husband said, What? Why would you do that without calling us? Wouldnt you need authorization from us first? We need to know how much it costs before you charge us 3 times the amount! We were not able to leave with our car until we paid the $521.65
