Love my windows!
The salesperson that came out to our was wonderful! He took the time to show us a variety of things for our windows. I had no idea that there was so much to choose from. We ended up getting shutters for the front, wood blinds for the back and our great room we just love our Silhouettes.
They came in under our budget and the installation when very fast. KUDOS to the installer who re-hung some of our draperies from our old house too!
I would definately use them again. I have already referred them to two of co-workers who also went with them.

Not What I Expected
The owner came out to give us a quote, was nice and professional. However, in meeting with other blind companies, I felt that the owner fell short of explaining the product that we wanted in our home. He discussed other items he sold for the business vs. blinds for our windows. Additionally, the price was more than double what I had expected and budgeted. I would recommend shopping around, as this company's name is not indicitive of their pricing and quality of their product.

Disappointed
I purchased over $3000 in blinds but have been disappointed in their attitude to provide service after the sale. Valance clips break EXTREMELY easily and are difficult to replace during cleaning without beaking clips. Called several times and left message with no response. Then, when they did respond they acted like they were doing me a favor to come out and fixed their product - even though it is suppose to come with lifetime adjustments - which includes ALL blind hardware. Recently, after painting, numerous clips on valances broke -Again. This time the y said they would send clips but refuse to come out. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR ATTITUDE. Valance the I purchased were not cheap and should have better clips with easier installation and replacement.
