I'll start this post by saying with all sincerity: this is NOT the place to book a car rental if you are a corporate, business traveler. NEVER. They're dishonest with their rates and renters need to review their bills VERY carefully to ensure that what you're charged is actually what you agreed to pay, particularly if they 'nicely' provide you with an alternative car. I booked a reservation on 11/15/13 in tandem with a flight for a time-sensitive business trip to Greensboro, NC. When I arrived, I was very clear with the auto I needed, along with the options; indeed these options should have been in the car class I reserved. They weren't, so the rep nicely showed me a different albeit smaller car that had one, additional option: bluetooth (standard in most cars these days for safety). Assuming that the car would be the same (or maybe even less), I agreed to the switch until I started signing off. That's when I noticed the upcharge by nearly $20. The rep hadn't bothered to tell me this which was only part of the problem: here's the kicker: the REAL issue was because I was getting a 2013 version of the car, instead of the 2012. When I then asked for the original car that I booked, 'suddenly,' it was unavailable. In over ten years of corporate travel with various, rental car agencies, I have never had a rental car company pull a VERY SLEAZY maneuver like that. Thankfully, they are located beside Enterprise.

There is one black lady who is AWESOME. Very helpful, explained how the car rental process works with a luxury car, spent an hour helping us pick out a car (one of our travelers on a 10 hr each way trip has a bad back), and said that they couldn't do anything until we had a reservation (didn't recommend reserving there, because the price would be much higher...) but that after that they would be happy to try to get us the car types that we had tried (a Lincoln MKS or BMW 528i). Every single other person that I've talked to has been evasive, put me off, told me that they couldn't promise anything. Budget Customer Service (800# and e-mail) told me they couldn't help because I had reserved through a travel service. HUH? We are renting for 2 weeks, and want to get a comfortable car for the long drive, so I'm trying to work with their systems. I understand they can't guarantee anything, but they can't hold a car for 30 minutes while I drive from work? For a 2 week rental? They can't call me when a luxury car comes in, so that I can drop everything and work to their schedule and come in and get the car? They can't tell me how much extra they will charge for a different car after being told we could get pretty much anything on the lot with the luxury rental? For a quick in and out, where I don't really care what car I get, this site would probably be fine. For an extended rental with a disability concern and specific needs, stay away from this site.
