We have a corporate acct with Budget. We lease about 8 cars per week. I went to pick up my car and they ask for my credit card. I told them it was a direct bill and they insisted it was not. Then they just ignored me. When they heard me make a call to my management regarding this, then the lady made a phone call and confirmed what I had told them was in fact correct. No apology for her actions. On my return, same rudeness. If I can sway my company to use someone else, I will.

Customer service is very important to me and they do not have good customer service. They are rude and do not live by the motto, "cusotmer is always right" There attitude in one of, they do not care if you return or not. Very poor customer service, the worst.

I use Budget a few times a year when I have work done on my car. If you rent on Friday, the fee is $22 with tax for a mid-size car. All of this can be done online and they almost always give a free upgrade when you get to the office. If you have the option, get the woman counterperson. The French guy is a little pompous and condescending (go figure).
