Good Rates
My car was ready when they said it would be and the rates are always competitive! The car could have been a little cleaner.

Unfriendly and Unclean
The vehicle that I rented was full of cigarette ashes - and it was supposed to be a non-smoking vehicle. This was a short-term in-town rental and management was not accomidating to any issues or problems. I will rent from another franchise next time

Very Clean
We've had to rent a few cards in the past and have used Budget Rent-A-Car. They have really friendly service representatives and very pleasant to deal with. The cars have been really clean and in good/safe condition.
