Did not live up to selling point
The major selling point of this company for us was that they call you to let you know when you are scheduled for service (most companies just send a postcard). They were good about calling for the first couple years, but for the past 5 to 6 services, I have had the technician just show up at my door with no notice. I called the company and even sent an email to complain about this after the first time it happened. When I called to cancel the service, they said I was set up for "email notification". They were sending emails to an address that we quit using a year or 2 before we even moved into the house they're servicing. We did not give them this email address, so are curious where they got it.

In response to this review I would like to note that the RRMOMx2 did provide the email address to us on the original contract which they executed with our Company. Under the space where they provided the email address on the contract it specifically states "BUG GUYS will notify you of upcoming services and discounts by email". If the reviewer had asked for telephonic notifications we would have gladly obliged, but they did not. We only did what they requested.
