I hired this firm to represent me and try to find puppy scammers who took money from me. Daniel Kohn represented me. I paid a $7,500 retainer on my credit card and was assured that it would only take a few hours of time to determine whether or not we would be able to bring case against the scammers. Then at that time I would get the rest of my retainer back if we couldn't bring case or ran into dead ends. I received a bill from the firm saying that my retainer was almost gone and that I needed to add more money in for them to continue representing me. They billed me for letter that they wrote that I instructed them not to after the DHS contactEd me and informed me that they were aware of my case and that I was one of many and that it was an international ring from Cameroon. Once I received the bill I was shocked and gave Daniel a call to see what was going on. He basically said "oops" and told me he would fix the bill and have it resent to me. The firm will not respond to my written requests, and Daniel has now blown me off. Pawns me off on the office. During the time where I was their client, everyone was nice but Pretty disorganized and didn't have good inter-company communication. After I was no longer their client, the firm was not helpful, did not follow through, and has now taken $7500 from me and not returned my refund or sent me a proper bill. This has been going on for months. This firm is money hungry and has terrible customer service.

I would recommend Arkady Bukh and his team for the consultation they provided. They were willing to listen to my concerns and were keen on making all the efforts they could have made. I would surely recommend his services.

Hey, these guys are not cheap. But you will get what you pay for. When you are indicted by New York or by the Feds, you find yourself in a situation when the other party has so many ways to win. In other words, you are in the casino putting everything on zero (odds are not in your favor). WIth Bukh, you get a Joker in your hand. My case was an aggravated felony. I was facing at least 10 years of quiet life in Upstate. I took out a load. I paid the retainer. I am free - case tossed out. It's your call.

Mr. Bukh was recommended by another attorney from Brooklyn (Roman Kuzmin). This was actually my first interaction with criminal law, and his confidence and legal expertise was extremely re-assuring. Mr. Bukh was able to come down with the price once I realize I could not really afford a lawyer of his magnitude. He always picked up the phone and was straightforward with his answers. What an awesome guy.

Mr.Bukh promised me that I will win "may be" (his words) a $100,000 in my law suit; never checked that other people already sued the same company and their law suit was dismissed as promises were verbal; Mr.Bukh also told me his fees will be around $6,000 and then kept charging me way past that amount; after i gave him around $9,000 in total fees and demanded answers as to why he is charring me way past promised total in fees, he simply dropped my law suit, no refund was ever given to me. My opinion - Mr.Bukh is a professional con artist.

I had a C felony case in Manhattan Supreme Court. It was also not the first offense, so I kinda faced severe penalties, and sure thing some incarceration. Thanks to Mr. Bukh, we took a very aggressive position and opposed all charges (although initially I was willing to admit guilt for less time in jail). What happened was that DA did not have a fraction of the evidence to put me behind bars. They didn't have enough juice to take it to trial, and the charge was dismissed. Nice job!

I'd certainly love to throw in a quick testimonial for this lawyer. He does what's needed to be done, namely he gets the result. I don't care about the rest. Yes, this is not the cheapest option if you are looking for a bargain, but I don't play with my future when it comes to criminal defense.

Terrible law firm, no knowledge, no professionalism!!! I had very simple case, which they couldn't resolve in time they promised, which caused me financial and moral damage.

I had quite a situation there. I was heading out to vacation in Europe in JFK when a few ICE agents came to me right before boarding to inform me I was carrying forbidden stuff in my luggage (those were some souvenirs, old knives and other things). Regardless, they kept all these things in their possession and promised to return the property when I would come back. I was a little upset, but did not make a big deal of it since this was the first trip to Europe in over a decade. Anyway, on my arrival I was ...handcuffed. I was soon made aware of a Federal indictment filed against me with the charges being close to espionage! Well, I realized I need the best criminal attorney and found out that the track record of Bukh Law Firm, especially in Federal cases, was good enough for me. The first good news came right on the first hearing - I was released on $50,000 bond. Was such a wonderful feeling to breathe that freedom again. The case is still pending, but the most important charges were dismissed, and the one that's left is hardly stiff enough for a prison term. Highly recommended for federal criminal cases, at least in New York district.

I think it's my duty to say thank you to Bukh Law Firm. The cooperation with this lawyer allowed me not only to reach a settlement but also opened new prospects I have no idea about before (because my knowledge of legislative system was average). I had my own business - small motel and petrol station several years ago as I decided to start traveling. I believed my partner to be my close friend so I decided to put the biz to my partner and to visit Middle East countries. When I came home I found out that my business was bankrupt thanks to my dear partner. And only thanks to this lawyer I was able to get a large part of my capital back. We are now prosecuting him as well!

This lawy firm was superb in handling my situation. The lead attorney Arkady Bukh was always available to answer all of my questions. He is extremely knowledgeable in his area of practice and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a New York criminal defense attorney.
