Was waiting to go here for a long time because of their champagne brunch(??). Didn't see any champagne. The food was utterly hopeless. Tandoori chicken only dogs would love. Just about everything else was extremely bad. Horrible service too. Stay away.

I wish I could have given 0 stars to this restaurant with regards to embarrassing treatment I got. I went to this restaurant for buffet and the waiter (I dunno mebbe hes owner) was watching how much food I am taking and how many Naan I am taking!!!!! It was embarrassing eating food there. If you guys cannot sustain Buffet then why you offer it? The worst treatment I experienced ever at a restaurant. I left my food in midst and took my leave from the place. Except paneer tikka rest food was average.

The food is fabulous, always hot and freshly made. Service is impeccable, always. Only once did a dish come out too spicy, and they noticed right away, took it back without complaint and replaced it with a milder version. You can't please EVERYONE, but Bukharaa sure pleases this family every time. We have had most of the menu items, and have been here for the lunch buffets. We dine here every two or three weeks. It's our favorite Indian restaurant!

I am astonished with the post by MissLadybug. I find it very difficult to believe her. The owner of Bukharaa would never yell at a customer. He is always polite with customers, who are frequently commenting about how sweet and friendly he is with them. Not only did MissLadybug never call about the supposed problem, but she waits for 29 days before she comes in the restaurant demanding free food, claiming they left out part of her order the previous time. Of course the owner wonders if this acutally happened why she never called. Not knowing if this person's claim is true or if she's a scam artist, he never-the-less gives her the food without charge. It seems pretty obvious to me that MIssLadybug is most likely the one guilty of having a temper tantrum and yelling.

FOOD: FOUR STARS minus two stars for OWNERS YELLING AT *ME* after *they* made a mistake. I was so excited to find Bukharaa. After living in the Decatur area, with an abundance of great Indian restaurants, it was nice to find a place closer to my new digs that had pretty good Indian food. So imagine my sheer disappointment when upon my third visit to the place, the managers (or maybe they were the owners?) were INCREDIBLY RUDE and YELLED. They messed up my order. I didn't have time to call to correct it. Then, after telling me about five times that I should have called (and I should have made time to call), they yelled that they "didn't want to hear anything from me." REFUSED to apologize for messing up my order, and then claimed that they had given me *free* food, when they were giving me food that I'd already paid for. They were yelling at me as I left. So now I'm taking their advice, and making time for them.

Bukharaa is a wonderful place to get Indian food. The service is excellent and the food is delicious. If you are unsure about what to order, they are extremely helpful. I highly recommend them!

This is my new favorite Indian Restaurant. We went there for the lunch buffet and were quite surprised with how good the food was. It freshly made, well seasoned, and tastes home made. And the Naan is just the best. I wanted to take some home with me. The staff and owners are also very friendly. I'm glad we picked this placed. We will be returning very soon. Yum!
