I have made several attempts to get Jake Bullard to come out and correct their warranty work, but with no avail. Will pursue in court as I am left no other option. Their service has been poor from start to finish - simply a sham!

Bullard was weeks behind getting started, the crew spoke no english. After the roof was completed, they were to repair some interior cieling damage. The interior work was also delayed, and never completed. The guy came late, left early and wouldn't come back until days later. This carried on for weeks. I spoke with the recpt. many times, left numerous vc mails on 3 different cell numbers, the Super, the owner and the sales guy... sent a registered letter, all to no avail. We had to hire another contractor to complete their work, clean up their mess and repair the new damage to the foyer cieling... yes, in the midst of that aggrevation, a new very large leak developed in our foyer (that's after the new roof was installed)! None of our calls were returned. These guys are detached from their clients, ignore attempts for resolution and are the worst contractor we've dealt with in 20 years as a home owner. We won our claim in small claims court, the judge ordered them to remove the mechanics lein they filed against our home. THEY STILL HAVEN'T COMPLIED w/ the court order, so we have to notify the the courts yet again. They demonstrate no ethics and possess no integrity. We've agreed to remove our Kudzu posting after they honor the court judgement to remove the lein... We greatly regret trusting them!

I tried to tell bullard that I wanted to have soe one else do my roof. I told the person doing the scheduling that was not going to have Bullard do the roof , ebd os of it or so ithought. Lucas the salesman called I told him the same thing still not the end . He has his daddy call and he was told ehy. Daddy starts to tell me the proposal is a binding contract. If I have someone else do it they will take me to court. The owner Jake Bullard was called told him why didnot matter. Itold him ok give me proof of insurance with myself named as additionally insured he was unwilling to do so with me agreeing to have Bullard do the roof. Jake tells me if I donot want him to do the I have to pay him $750.00. Bullard wants to be paid not to do the roof. jake was unwilling to tell me why he wants to do a job for someone that does not want him to do it.

I read the reviews on Kudzu after we contracted to have our roof replaced by Bullard Roofing. I guess that some people just can't be pleased, no matter what you do. My experience with Jeff was great. He inspected my roof and gave me a quote on the spot. I contacted my insurance company and the adjuster gave me a claim that was $50.00 more than Bullards bid. The new roof was put on in a day and none of my landscaping was damaged. They surounded the entire house with tarps to catch the roofing materials as it dropped to the ground. When they completed the job, the house and landscape looked like they were never there except the roof looked fantastic. I would never call anyone else for a roofing job. There are many roofs being replaced in my neighborhood due to hail dammage and none of them look as good as mine. Lots of my neighbors have come by my house to ask who did my roof, because it looks so good. Some of the other roofers require a sign in the front yard for 60 days to get a discount or upgrade. Bullard doesn't play those games. I got the discount and an upgrade without any B.S. If some of these other reviewers had a bad experience wiht Bullard, then they would have a bad experience with anybody. Don't waste your time with someone else, just call Jake at Bullard Roofing. After having the roof quote I was very confident in choosing Bullard to install our new roof. However, after having the crew start 3 days late, not having a crew member on-site that could speak English to me, leaving the dumpster in my driveway longer than planned I am just praying that the quality of their work is better than their customer service. One of the crew members had a question for me and when he couldn't explain it clearly in English he just said nevermind...I am hoping this isn't going to cause problems down the road. They took over 3 days to finish the job when they said it would be 2 days and they started late! I made them aware that I needed to have the dumpster out of my driveway by a certain date so that I could get my trailer out for a job...of course there were problems and the dumpster was blocking the garage. In addition to all of this, the crew damage the stucco on the side of the house and tried to cover it up so that I wouldn't notice. BEWARE!!!

They did my previous house over a year ago and it went awesome, I purchase a new house, and then a hail storm damaged my roof and I called them again. Awesome work, They come and meet with the Ins Co. to assist. Highly Recommend

Bullard Roofing came out and inspected our roof and showed us where we had hail damage. The whole process from start to finish was very professional and the the work was completed in one day as promised. The workers cleaned up everything and used a magnetic rake to collect any nails. Would recommend them for any roofing needs, Great service!

Bullard roofing did my house several months ago and did a fantastic job. Fast, no dirt or nails left behind and were in and out in about 2 days. I referred them to some of my neighbors and have had nothing but positive responses! I appreciate their hard work and speedy installation considering everyone needing a roof at that point. Thank you guys! My one neighbor decided to go with someone else and his shingles have already started to fall off and they left all their debris in his yard for him to pick up. I guess you get what you pay for!

We didn't hire Bullard Roofing but became their victim anyway. Our next door neighbor recently had massive leaks after hiring them to install a new roof just a few months ago. The neighbor's request for service from Bullard resulted in their repairman MISTAKENLY on our roof instead while we were out of town. We had a NEW roof that had been installed by another company less than a month before. Bullard's repairman tore up a large section of our new roof, replaced our architectural shingles with ones that had been previously "used", inferior quality, and a different color. Everything was very poorly done, flashing sticking out sides of the chimney...looks very unprofessional. Siding removed and haphazardly replaced, no caulking, gaps everywhere, nails protruding from chimney corner boards, roofing nails all over the driveway, just to name a few issues. Our roofing company has voided our warranty on the area of the roof that was disturbed unless they themselves put it back to its original condition, a cost of $750. At first Bullard's project manager, Bruce, gave us the run around, made and broke 3 appointments to take a look at the damage, presently won't return calls, says he must "follow protocol" ?? Sent registered "return receipt" letter spelling out entire story and copy of $750 bill (they received Jan 9), but Jake Bullard won't answer phone or return our calls and messages. VERY UNETHICAL, Beware.......

I hired Bullard Roofing to fix our roof as a result hail damage. My roof is still not fixed it is still leaking attac fan still not checked by them. They say their work is completed here. DUH. Now they want to collect final payment. We still have leaks in 3 rooms, have hired a roof consultant, the news is not good. I am having night mares over this, you see my husband is a very sick man. A kidney transplant patient and now heart problems. These people know this but it makes no difference. They just want this last check. What do you think. 8213 Cedar Mtn. Rd. I should have known not to use them when the man writing the estimate blew his nose on a tissue, then put the tissue down on my couch! The company who did my siding told gave me a quote for $500 less, but I'm an idiot and went with Bullard because I had made a verbal commitment. Do not make the same mistake I did.
