FIND SOMEONE ELSE!! They will break your stuff and
Read the reviews on Yelp. I wish I had. It would have saved me so much time and money. I got an estimate to move a house full of furniture. I told them every single piece and they gave me a price. The price doubled AFTER they loaded the truck. What are you going to do at that point? They now have your furniture and hold it hostage on the truck until you make that payment. They make sure it is paid before they pull out of the parking lot. It is the ole BAIT AND SWITCH. They showed up late to begin with. I was given a window of time and they showed up past that. When they delivered the furniture I watched the back of the truck open and stuff fall out. There were several items broken. We have really nice pieces of furniture. That is why we hired a professional company to get the job done right. BOY WAS I WRONG!! They told me that I had cheap furniture and that is why it broke. I wouldn't be so upset with a dent here and a dent there but this was all expensive furniture that was well made to last for years. We found out how to file a claim. We called and left messages with no return phone calls. I trusted them to move my belongings safely from one location to another and I am very disappointed. Do your homework and head all warnings. Do not use this company. I thought I was paying for the best movers but I was wrong.
RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. It will save you money and a lot of headaches!!

BULLDOG ATLANTA GA
Got a quote from 4 large movers, Bulldog won due to price, moving large electronics, sales person integrity (Shawn), time to explain the quote and move. Genno's crew should up on time and did not stop work until completed. These people are the front line and Bulldog management trained well, very honest and if a change occurs they let you know on the spot. YES I would use again , they earned my business. Great job Bulldog! BRAVO

Horrible situation... Nightmare that won't end
Let me begin by saying that I looked at a number of movers and chose bulldog movers for my corporate move from Atlanta to Chattanooga. First of all the mistake we made was asking my company to pay up front and were told that any over estimate would be refunded. The packing took half the time and after 2 months. No refund. The movers were chronically late for the packing appointment and on the moving day Several hours late. Since they were so late on move day, my wife had to leave for an appointment in Chattanooga so she had to leave the movers but was assured that they would move EVERYTHING but of course, they did not. In addition they broke two things, one being an irreplaceable item that belongs to my young daughter that was made especially for her. When we complained, they gave us the runaround and eventually said they would look at the item and see if it could be repaired. They also said that they would pick up the rest of our things, store them and would deliver them very soon One month later, we still don't have those possession. This is the most unprofessional organization I have ever encountered. Theyj are holding our things and will not return them You can decide what the definition of that is for yourself....

When a corporation is paying for a move it is very common for all moving companies to ask to have the monies paid up front; to ensure payment. When the items were forgotten we felt bad and went and picked them up, we were under the understanding that the items were not anything that were immediately needed that the customer was allowing us time to find a shipment going to the state he had moved. Unfortunately, we had moves going to lots of states, but not the one that this customer lived in. We have now delivered and given the refund to the customer. As far as the item that is claimed to be damaged, the item was fully repaired and I personally looked at it and was amazed at the repair. When his daughter got this item I believe that she could not tell it had ever been broken and was able to start using it immediately.

Best moving experience!
Bulldog Movers provided me with the best possible moving experiencefrom Donna Holland moving coordinator to the crew of Del, Stan, Diante, and Johnathon I could not have asked for more. This was a TOUGH move with a STEEP driveway and turning staircases - everyone had the best attitude and work ethic! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and would hire them again in an instant!...

STAY AWAY
RUN! I am a single woman, and they took advantage.
1) The 4 movers (Cooper's team) were about an hour late.
2) Once arrived they provided me about 10 pieces of paper in fine print, said I needed to read them as clock was ticking.
3) It took them almost 9 hours for a 2 bedroom house. The move location less than 12 miles. DO NOT let them talk you into the 4th guyit's a waste of moneyonly two really work. Bulldog dented the front door to a $2700 stainless steel refrigerator. They broke the door latch which caused me to not be able to lock my back door. They broke the globe to a kitchen light fixture, and lost the middle support bracket for a bed and a leg to a nightstand.. Do not purchase insurance. I did! Their repair guy only wants to patch everything with glue or pins. No remedy for fridge buffing..dents still show. They do not want to replace anything even a fridge they dented. Confused by positive reviewscheck other sites....

On the night of the move, the customer refused to pay the bill. The owner of Bulldog Movers personally went over to this customers home. This customer was complaining that there were damages and the owner asked to come into the home to inspect and see what needed to be done to rectify the situation. The customer adamantly refused to let the owner come in. As far as appliances go: in many instances all moving companies will allot an appearance allowance. This is done because the piece cannot be replaced and the performance of the appliance has not been compromised. This was the case in this instance. As far as the repairman. We use a professional repair company that is in no way affiliated with our company (as do all moving companies). The repairs that are made are what are done by all furniture repair companies. The gentleman that we use is excellent! I don't ever get complaints on his repairs; in fact, several times I have been called years later asking for his name and number as they need personal repairs made and want him to come out again. It is stated in the information that is signed before the move begins and in the Tariff that governs all moving companies that if you claim something as damaged you must allow us to look at it, which this customer refused to do. As far as the mover: as in every company (regardless of what the field) you occasionally get an employee that is not up to the standards of the company. The gentleman that is referenced in this review is no longer with our company. He has been gone for over 5 months now.
