Lily has extremely helpful in choosing fabrics and allowing us to bring fabric swatches home to confirm our choices. The delivery staff when they picked up and dropped off the piece arrived at their designated time and were also very friendly. My husband and I thought for the high level of service and quality of the job done, Burchell was priced right!
