Great service, timely and courteous.
The dealership had all of my service recordss ready when I checked in, and my car was ready withing 15 minutes of the promised completion time. My only complaint is that I wound up waiting at the... delaership, since their practice is to not provide a service loaner vehicle for scheduled maintenance. I wasn't told that in advance, and as such didn't have an alternative means of transportation. Luckily, that wasn't a significant isssue as I had already let people know I was goinng to be delayed that day due to my scheduled service.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

Just loved how they answered all my questions without judging me (female). Everyone always says call us if you need anything. They actually call you back!

I have been impressed with the service. Eli was responsive and helped manage costs and savings on the repair.
Everyone was nice.
I've always had my maintenance here. Staff is great and takes care of you and your vehicle.
I was looking for a Certified Prius. I already did some research onlin but did not choose for a particular car. I was pleasantly greeted by salesman Daniel, who was gentle and receptive. Immediately I felt I was not under any pressure. He asked me kindly how he could help me. No pressure. No questions other than just waiting for my answer. He showed me few Prius models, offered me to drive whichever I feel like. He refrained from finding out from the beginning what I want to spend. He was more focused on showing some good cars. Of course, Prius gave the most attractive drive with great mileage. I decided on one particular red certified 3 yr old Prius. Then came the negotiation. It was easy, no pressure, very down to earth, honest, straightforward. No back and forth. He did not grill me what I want to pay for it. He told me what is listed and he just want my offer. No pressure again. Then instead of having to go back and forth, his manager came out, greeted me friendly as a person and introduce himself and the deal was made without much back and forth.... to say the truth... only two offers. The process took 15 min. Thereafter, financial process went like a breeze. Great offer on extended certified coverage. Bobbi was so personable, not what I would have expected of a business like auto finance person to be. Daniel went ahead to wash the car "again" even though it was in perfectly clean condition even though 3 years old, and put free full tank of gas. The whole experience took less than 2 hours and it was soooooo fun. And I still got a great deal on a great car. I highly recommend to anyone looking for cars to go to Burien Toyota. Ask for Daniel Armitage! He's a great guy. And just have a good time.

I was very satisfied with the Service I recieved when leasing my 2013 Sienna. Each person that I encountered, from sales to finance was knowledgeable and fair. Working with me for what worked best for my situation. I would reccomend Burien Toyota and will be back for my next purchase.
Helped me get set up same day with hard to find run flat tires. Service was reasonably quick, helpful. Anna (pretty sure was service manager name) was very pleasant to work with.
I've owned Toyotas all my life and have been in a lot of dealership service areas as we've moved frequently. First time at this one in Burien/Seattle area.Pros: Easy appointment process, polite & professional service personnel, clean environment, quick service. Cons: Do they not have shuttle service? I was never asked if I wanted a ride home vs waiting in their somewhat tiny and uncomfortable waiting area. Coffee was available, but I would recommend having a second carafe ready to go out when first one is emptied. It took a very, very long time to bring out additional coffee...this could lead to some very cranky customers.
Eli was very polite and worked around my schedule to complete the service on my vehicle.
I scheduled a brake job, great price, excellent front office help and advice, good communication. really felt like I was in good hands from the person who took care of my loaner to the manager walking through to the person who interfaced on the work performed.

Took my Scion iQ for its annual checkup and oil change. There is a fantastic waiting room with coffee, wifi, TV or no TV room. I studied in the quiet room, and it was done in no time. Easy in and out, and my car was clean when they gave it back. Like their people and their service.
