I called Burton to get a quote on a lot of plumbing work needed at my home. First, they tried to charge me just for the quote. I got three plumbers to price the work and the numbers were as follows, Plumber #1=$4,500, Plumber #2=$7,200, Burton Plumbing= $30,000. That's right, 4-6 times more! They are good quality but you can get equal quality for a much lower price.

Rip off! Service is not what they advertise! If you're plumbings hurtin--don't call Burton!

I'm a local homeowner that selected Burton out of the phone book for a quote and repair on a medium sized project. Unfortunately, the plumber that was sent was more interested in "up-selling" every facet of the project than actually trying to help me fix the problem. As a homeowner of a 25 year-old home, Burton made me feel like everything in the house was no longer any good and was in need of a several thousand $$ replacement!! BEWARE- VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
