Terrible quality product and service
Words cannot express how disappointing BFA has been to deal with. The amount of money spent on office furniture should have ensured excellent service and quality, but it has not. Our order was entered incorrectly, causing multiple delays. Products were delivered scratched and damaged, especially the conference table. We were accused of having done the damage ourselves, when it was impossible. It took months to get a replacement. Many of our desks have coordinating hutches with cabinets. One of them just collapsed into the wall, causing major damage to the hutch and the wall. BFA told me they can't help us because they "NEVER" attach the hutch to the desk, but allow it to float freely. Run, don't walk away from using BFA. Their delivery people also left a huge mess in our office.The rep there told me it wasn't their fault that the order was messed up because the economy hit them hard, so they had to lay off people, and therefore did not have enough people to properly review orders prior to submission.
