I ordered a set of 4 tires on Monday and was told they would be in the next day. I set an appointment for Wednesday at 8:00 to have them installed. When I arrived there were no tires and had been no phone call to inform me of any change in our plans or appointment time. Had to take time off to have this work done so I found the tires elsewhere. Butler tire called after the fact and wanted to bend over backwards to have me come up but they had their chance.......

Bought a set of tires and wheels for my Honda,Requested NOT TO HAVE EXTRA LOAD TIRES OR TIRES THAT WOULD BE NOISY,got both. When tires started sounding like MUD TIRES,about 1000 miles later, went back to THE GREAT BUTLER TIRE and was told, "JUST WEAR THEM OUT AND WE'LL PUT GOOD TIRES ON NEXT TIME".In there opinion,GOOD TIRES means 1200.00 dollars instead of 500.00 dollars.DISCOUNT TIRE has a set of CONTINENTAL EXTREME CONTACT FOR 600.00 dollars they GUARANTEE NOT TO BE NOISY.BEWARE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG AT BUTLER TIRE!!!!!!

They think they are experts but obviously have no idea what they are on about when it comes to certain cars. After trying to sell parts the vehicle cannot even be fitted with failed, they just backtracked in so many ways without saying they are intimidated and unable to actually work on the vehicle's suspension. Of course in very pompous and demeaning way. There is also a clear inability to communicate with the customer with the mechanics hiding behind the counter people. I am right there, talk to me, dont wait for the counter guy to be full of crap and try to figure out why you screwed up. A monumental waste of time unless you want some dubs put on. It has been a while since i've met such a full of themselves bunch who think the customer is one clueless atm card. Just wow!

I drive 3 different Mercedes Benz cars. Two are quite old: 1981 & 1985. Butler Tire's technicians know how to align those two oldies when the modern, computer alignment folks can't. Friendly. Good WiFi access in waiting area; good music to listen to while waiting. Drop ins get taken care of in reasonable time.

Butler Tire has been my go to place for tires for a few years. Dave Simpson has provided excellent adivce on tire selection and has always been responsive. I highly recommend this dealership, especially for high performance tire needs.

The folks at Butler Tire have the best customer service at any tire store I have ever shopped in. They have Starbucks coffee in the waiting area. Its clean and the service people are very helpful. They have a huge selection of excellent tires in stock and the wheels they carry are top of the line. This is a great company!

I had a blow out Saturday evening on my back tire, I tried all weekend to get a tire place to swap out my back tires. No one had my size in stock and they would not touch the low profile tires that came on the car. I called Butler Tire on Monday, they scheduled me immediately and had a new set on within 2 hours of my original call. Would highly recommend for speciality applications. There prices were a little higher, within $100 of there competitor, but proximity to my home and scheduling outweighed saving a few dollars.
