I will never use Bynum and Sons Plumbing again. The first time they came out, they did not check with us to make sure the issue was resolved before leaving the property. The issue was NOT fixed - in fact, it had gotten much worse after they came out. They then charged us for coming back out the second time (a day later - the toilet and showers couldn't be used that night or the next morning) - without our approval on the additional work (they require a credit card up front, so they charged our card again). We didn't get an invoice until I called their office several times and finally had to talk to one of the owners and then she emailed me an invoice - it was for nearly double what we were originally quoted. They took advantage of the situation and the fact that they require a credit card up front.

I just had my water heater replaced today. Miguel and Gabrielle were wonderful to work with, and they were extremely nice and professional. Miguel was the lead technician, and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. I ordered their service through Home Depot, so I felt confident they would do the job right. Even the office personnel were nice & professional over the phone. The only issue I had, was that the price was higher than quoted over the phone. They or Home Depot could have asked more questions, or mentioned that the price could be higher under certain circumstances. Either way I would highly recommend them, and would definitely use their services again in the future.

I called Larry Bynum for a quote to repair my septic system. He sent Glen out and they gave me a price of $4,800. I got them to come out and do the work. After digging up my yard they tell me I need a pump and pump tank for $3.000 more dollars plus $350 for an electrician. After paying all this my septic system still leaks sewage out into my yard. Bynum said that they installed it correctly, however sewage is still leaking up in my back yard. Do not use this company. There work is terrible and they do not warranty it.

This plumber was contracted by Sears to install a new hot water heater for me. The service is "guaranteed" by Sears to be within 24 hours. The company was supposed to contact me by 9:00 am to arrange the installation.They never called. I called Sears twice in the next hour trying to get a response. Bynum then informed Sears that they would not be able to honor the contract and would available Monday after 2:00 pm. They will take no responsibility for their contracts and have zero remorse for their inability to fulfill the requirements. Make sure if you use a big box store for a plumbing purchase that you find out who the installer is and if they say these guys RUN AWAY. My experience with these people is totally negative and I will not use SEARS or Bynum for any projects in the future.

I have new floor put in by Home Depot and my sink and toilet need to be removed/reattach to install the new floor. Home Depot contract this part out to Bynum. First they put a hole in my wall when they remove the sink. I had to repair that myself before my new floor is put in. When they came back to reattach my sink and toilet after my new floor is installed, they scratched my brand new hardwood floor. Two days later, i noticed the toilet is leaking, so I call them back. They send someone to my house, took a look at it and told me the company will contact me and they left without doing anything. They never call me back. I got tired of waiting for them and don't trust them anyway so I end up fixing the leak myself.
