Excellent presentation by salesman, very poor service. Came when I wasn't home to supervise as requested, left 4 big piles of debris on sidewalk & pine island, completely unexpected when they were being considered for monthly maintenance work.

I hired C&M to re-surface my deck and railing - and they did a fantastic job at a good price. What set them apart, though, was their service. 6 months after they stained the deck, I noticed that it was peeling in spots. When I brought it up to them, they came right out and checked on it. Rather than just dropping it, they worked with me (and the stain manufacturer) to get it remedied. A lot of contractors would have left me on my own. Thanks C&M.

C & M Residential recently re-did our patio, front sidewalk, and driveway apron.
We could not be more pleased with both the outcome AND the service provided.

From our first contact with Jason, through Michael, and then waving a sad goodbye to Tony and crew, we were treated with an equal amount of professionalism and family-like service at all levels.

The results of their design and implementation are stunning. The walk-way to the house is inviting and interesting as it winds toward the front door.

The patio of pavers is beautiful – surrounded by the perfect blend of easy care bushes and plantings - we look so forward to enjoying the variety of colors as the seasons progress.

Recently had C&M work on an erosion problem and add stone steps. The work was done professionally and in a timely manner. The crew was very professional (Able, Devin and Juan) - I would recommend them and hope to use them again in the future.

C&M replaced some old railroad ties with a some very nice stone art. Changed the whole look of the entrance to my back yard. The crew was professional and courteous and did what Michael said they would do in exactly the time he said it would take. Project was completed on time with no hassle and looks great! (Even better than I conceived) My wife loves the new steps up into the back yard. Guys even cleaned up better than it was before they started work! If you want professional, quality work with no hassles, call these guys. Will definitely use these guys again and recommend to family and friends. THANK YOU!
