I came to see Charlie after a botched full set from another nail place. He not only fixed my manicure, he made me feel better! He reinforced my nails with an extra layer of gel and they looked so cute! I've come here ever since, and they always remember me and everyone is so nice! I'm really happy with the prices and value! But the customer service is excellent!

I had a coupon from the pennysaver so I went in for a "French Full Set"($20)nd "Spa Manicure & Pedicure"($21.99) The "SPA Pedicure" was ok. It was my second ever pedicure & not too memorable. I was then seated (in a twisted position)where an older lady started to work on my acrylics, while another lady painted my toe nails. After my toe nails were done, the same lady proceeded to give me my "SPA Manicure." There was nothing "SPA" about it! One lady had one hand as she worked on the acrylics & the other lady had my arm up in the air (not very relaxing as manicures should be)as she massaged lotion & the gritty residual acylic powder into my skin. I was dissappointed w/ the service & wanted OUT! When I got my bill, it was $54.00!! When I asked about the charges, the ladies had a discussion in another language & gave me a newprice of $47.00 (remember my 2 coupons totaling $41.99) When I handed them my credit card, they toldmeit would be a $3.00 charge to use my card! I pointed to the Visa/MC sign on the window & in their ad butthey still insisted there was a charge. I ;paid my bill, went accross the parking lot to Sally's Beauty Supply, purchased nail files & buffers to fix the terrible job Top Salon did. The cashier saw Iwas upset & asked me what was wrong. When I told her & showed her my nails, she was appalled at the terrible work. She then told me that it is against the "rules" to give someone a manicure & acrylic nails during the same visit. I'll never go there again!
