Under the old management, they were expensive, but did good work. Things are slipping under the new owners. I had a problem with the toilet sometimes not flushing completely. Their first solution ($250) was to run a roto-rooter down the sewer, which turned up a tiny bit of muck, but no roots. The problem continued. Their second solution was to replace the sewer line to the street. They swore they found roots in the line. I saw what they dug up and didn't see any roots. Almost $3,000 later, I still have a toilet that sometimes doesn't flush. They no longer have my trust and I will not hire them again.

The plumber took LESS than 30 minutes to complete the job but billed me for 1 1/2 hours labor! Beware! I am willing to pay for good service but it must be at a fair and reasonable price.

On 12-1-06 we had a clogged drain in our kitchen. We were quoted $100/hour with a 1 hour minimum. I was out of town so my wife let "Bobby & William" in to do the work. My work order number 28790 is for $250!!! They were not even in the house for 30 minutes! After my wife realized she was overcharged she called the company and they said they would send us a check for $50. Obviously it never came. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OUTFIT!

Have used them several times over the years. Very reasonable, do what is needed to please the customer. Will come back if you are not completly satisfied. Would definitely recommend them to others.

I used C&R for a complete re-plumb job. They replaced the galvanized pipe from the road to the house and dug the trench, and tore out all the galvanized pipe inside and replaced it, including the requisite shut-offs and pressure regulator. They also put in a new gas hot water heater. They finished the job in just a few days, as promised. The fixed price quote was exactly that -- not a penny more. There prices are reasonble, though not cheap, but very competitive with the competition. The quality of work was good. Upon inspection I found a couple of things I wanted addressed (all fairly minor things, but they were important to me). Upon reporting my findings to C&R, he had his guys out there and all 10-12 things on the punchlist were fixed to my satisfaction within about 2-3 hours that same day. I was very impressed with their promptness. The owner, Roy, is a very honest person and just the kind of person I like to work with. I will definitely do business with them again (in fact, I am using them now for another job).
