I made reservations for V-Day. On the way the hostess took our order over the phone. We were promptly sat, around 6:45 and there was only one other table finishing up. So, we're waiting, and waiting... at 7:35 she brings out my husband's food and tells me that she messed up my order. I told her we had to leave at 8:00 b/c we had more plans. At 7:50 she brings out my dinner and my husband was completely finished! We asked for our check the moment she dropped off my food. At 7:55 we had to grab another lady working there and ask for a to-go box and our check. Needless to say we were fuming. We gave her our credit card the moment she handed us the check. When she walked away we see that gratuity was included! Gratuity for two!! When my meal should have been removed from the bill for the wait and not to mention I didn't get to eat it! A manager NEVER came to speak to us or apologize. We were insulted that gratuity was added, because we sure weren't ready to leave much of a tip. Knowing our order before we even got there, I shouldn't have waited an HOUR+ before I got my food. Two tables that came in around 7:15 got their food at about 7:30. I sent the restaurant an email a week ago and haven't heard back. I won't be back and I will spread the word!

Ordered lobster/fillet combo ($26.95). Lobster small (size of large shrimp) Steak under-done for medium rare. My plate(including potato) was removed, when I complained, and I was advised another steak was cooking. My original potato was returned to the table from the kitchen. The steak was finally brought to the table after my companion had finished eating only to find it was cooked well. When we complained, the chef said the first one was med-rare. When I pointed out the second one was well, he stated 'You wanted it cooked more'. When we asked for a cost discount because the steak is inedible, the chef stated I had ate more than 1/2 of the first steak and brought out to the table a rare 1/2 steak wrapped in cellophane. Not the piece I had as I had no steak knife to be able to cut it so cleanly. We were only given butter knives.
