This is the worst bank that we have ever dealt with, the customer service is poor and it takes forever to resolve any kind of issue you may have. They had been charging us monthly fees incorrectly for two years and we couldn't get anybody to refund those fees. The branch manager, Valerie Braddock, who is supposed to be the most helpful is totally incompetent in doing her job, she told us she doesn't see the fees being charged on the account! That tells you how much time she spent to evaluate the problem and provide good customer service. We had to reach out to four employees before we could have this issue resolved and in the end we are deciding to close our accounts and take our business somewhere else. Also, if you are trying to apply for any kind of loan, the usual turn around time for somebody to even call you back is at least three days!Last time we called for a mortgage, we never got a phone call back. So, yes you are getting a little better interest rated but you can't talk to anyone about a loan.So, be aware before you open your account there or you try to get a loan!
