My bill went up recently so I called to find out why I was not notified. The customer service rep said well if we had notified you your bill would have went up even more. This makes absolutely no since that a single notification would cause an additional bill increase that I pay every quarter. Really get some new customer service reps and notify your customers about rate increases. This is what happens when big companies buy small companies. Oh and if you find a cheaper company they will no longer match the company to keep you as a customer. May not find a cheaper one but I'm looking.

Due to all the low reviews of CLM, I searched for a trash service OTHER than CLM for a month when I moved in to my new home. None of the others were in my area, or would answer the phone, or would respond to messages, or brought a can out in 2 weeks like they said they would. I then reluctantly had to call CLM. That was 9 months ago. Since then, CLM has earned 5 stars from me. They have come every Monday, picked up all the trash I put out, set my can back down properly, never left trash in the street, and have done an all around great job. I could not of asked for more. A lot of reviews say they did not pick up the trash - did you put it out early enough? Some days they come before daylight, so it's best to put out your can the night before. Thanks CLM!

Horrible. Everything from in the beginning when we started our service, they brought us two garbage cans that had pig poop in the bottom of each trash can. We had to call and ask for cans devoid of excrement. We have now been without trash removal for 3 weeks. Sometimes they skip our house or street all together for no apparent reason other than it looked like the truck passed by and didn't stop. Recently we had no trash pick up during the snow and ice which was understandable. This caused us to have a build up of garbage which the company assured us that they would pick up. Not only did they not run a garbage truck to pick up the garbage they couldn't pick up the previous week due to inclement weather, they took the next week as a holiday and never sent a truck. We called again. CLM assured us that we were to be taken care of by Friday, that we were on their schedule. 6 PM came, and no truck. We are now on our third week of no garbage pick up. We have had to store garbage in our outdoor shed just to house 3 weeks of garbage. I am very disappointed in this company and we will be changing services due to incompetence.

We've been CLM customers for a number of years, and they were once a great service provider. They now leave a trail of drippings on the street, are not timely, and I noticed a couple weeks ago they throw recycling away. They charged me more so I could throw my recycling away in a blue container. Aargh!

My experience with CLM sanitation was absolutely HORRIBLE! I had CLM for a little over a month and they probably picked my trash up on time once! I went 4 weeks without being picked up and I finally canceled. I would call and e-mail with no response for days. They would finally call me back and they would apologize and promise my trash would picked up in the next few days and nothing! I should have known when I couldn't get anyone in the phone when I called to get service.. It always went voice mail! I canceled and they girl didn't seem to mind to loose my business! She told me I would get a refund in the mail and they would pick up their trashcan... I still have the can in my driveway and I still haven't received my refund! They are totally unreliable!

This company advertises recycling pick up, but failed to pick up our recycling 5 times in a row. They also have the worst customer service in town. The representatives act as though your call as a customer is bothering them or interrupting their day. I will never use this company again!
