Difficult to get to
It seems that if you don't live within a few miles of the main location than plan of driving a while to do some face to face banking. I moved to Roswell and was happy to see a branch in Alpharetta. a month later they closed it down. Currently, I have to use the credit union services if I want to make a deposit and not drive a half hour!

Not the best
I have dealt with many credit unions over the years and this one rates at the bottom. I have been to 3 of their branches and their service leaves alot to be desired. They have a habit of closing branches and not letting their members know.
Believe me---giving them 1 star is being really nice.

Good Starter Bank
Customer service definitely leaves a lot to be desired, but overall, they're not bad for the services they offer.
