I switched to dishnet in response to an ad. I spoke with a customer service person for a long time and discussed EXACTLY what my charges and bill would be and any HIDDEN costs. I was happy with what they told me. BUT, they overcharged me, didn't give me the services I expected, were slow and sloppy. When I called to complain I talked to dozens of people, non that cared or would help. As soon as my contract is up, I won't get dish ever again.
