What is nice about going to the CNN center is that it is near so many other venues. It has a food court where you can purchase just about any type of meal you could want. The prices are reasonable and there is plenty of seating. Connected to hotel and office spaces.

The CNN tour gives interesting insight into behind-the-scenes television news and broadcast production. It's a treat to peek 'behind the curtain' and ride possibly the longest escalator in Atlanta! Also visit the shop downstairs for a neat assortment of television-themed gifts and merchandise.

The CNN tour was just okay. Our tour guide had a smile and seemed friendly, but I didn't think she really cared too much for her job. The tour isn't very long, so if you have an hour between something, it's okay. I would only do it again if I had a guest who wanted to go.

We did the studio tour about 2 years ago, so the price may be increased. It was in the middle of summer, so there were many tourists. I have to say, I was very dissapointed. They did not show us too many places. It was like 20 mins tour (I am sure it was due to the long waiting line). The weather report tricks were nice but the admission fee was not worth $12.
