Worst experience I have ever had with a realtor. First, she would not show me any homes UNTIL I HAD A CONTRACT ON MY HOME UP FOR SALE (unethical). Second, she showed me a home in a neighborhood where she knew there was a crime issue. Third, she was so disorganized, she had me read driving directions in an area where she was supposed to be an "expert". Fourth, the house in which I was interested was one she did not even know was listed. Fifth, because of her refusal to show me houses before mine obtained a contract, everything was rushed; she used my sharp deadline as an excuse for her failure to ask for more concessions- like a badly needed carpet cleaning, leak solutions and interior paint. The owners had painted AROUND fixtures, wall plates and an entertainment center; and one window still continues to leak. I later learned that the sellers actually wanted to give me more concessions, but my realtor declined and that the selling agent was a very close personal friend of my pathetically incompetent buying agent. I felt I was nothing more than a commission check. Bullard will not be a mistake I intend to make again. Avoid this one because there are better realtors out there. Realtors such as Bullard who boast about their numbers seem to treat their customers as such- a mere number.
