The first month of my membership I was billed TWICE for dues. After phoning the manager and membeship person, the problem was promptly corrected. It took 14 das for the refund to appear in my checking account. The facility is first rate. Summer camp has arrive. At times men can not even get to our lockers for all the screaming kids that are in the locker room. The area around the pool is a screaming battle zone. The handicap parking zone is totally abused by mothers parking there to wait on their kids. I am now looking for a quieter gym.

I was involved in a auto accident . After a week or so after I found out that I was not going to be able to work out I brought a letter in to put my membership on hold. To make a long story shot , they lost it , as well as the second one , and after hand walking the info medical reports etc, of which the first set was lost I still have not heard from them . So don't trust them , maybe it is the workers or a policy to make you gin up paperwork till you give up Im not sure . SO beware .Not a bad place to work out though.Ill probably quit though.

a membership is a lot and you can probably get a better value elsewhere, but this gym is top-of-the-line. you just enter your card in the lockers to lock them for free. towels are available for showering. as well as razors, q-tips, combs, for grooming.

My husband and I went there to tour the club and consider joining. We were not allowed to meet with any of the club staff and were told that no one was available to talk with us. We were not allowed to look around or go anywhere past the lobby. We were told to leave our number and someone would call us back. No one ever called us.

The place is pretty much average for the rate they are trying to charge you. Its better than LA or Bally's hands down but there are a few other athletic clubs out there that are better deals. Its convenient for me though b/c I work in the building.

This club discriminates against unmarried couples by refusing to allow family memberships without a valid marriage license. You can join the club as individuals but you can't get the same rates as married couples.

Overall nice club and facilities with pleasant staff and members but management makes unfulfilled promises and routine surveillance and maintenance of some equipment appears to be absent. They fix things when they get complaints but fail to check for recurrence of the same problems until they get another complaint. Things that should be checked routinely (like the water temperature of the outside pool in January and February) are not monitored. Member complaints serve as the monitoring mechanism. The aquatics program is excellent but management will optimize profit by overselling the facility without concern for access by regular users. This is also the only club I can find in its price class in Atlanta without a suit spinner for drying wet bathing suits. Overall, it's a good club but you have to be assertive to optimize the experience.

When you walk into the Concourse, you will feel like you are in a hotel! There is a great variety of group classes, the outdoor pool is open all year (for those die hard swimmers) there are always fun events, everything is clean and well equipted.

For the value of the membership fees, Concourse offers more than what you pay for. Their workout classes are diverse, always start on time and the instructors are informative. From tennis to yoga, to free weights and machines, there's not one thing they could offer better. And their smoothie bar is awesome!

I was a member of Lifetime Fitness in Michigan, and due to the relocation I had to cancel. After months searching to find a good fitness club in Atlanta, I found Concourse Athletic Club. I have been their member for only several months. I love the equipments, group classes, indoor/outdoor lap pools, and very well equipped dressing room. I have never seen over crowded work out facilities here. They also have nice parking buildings. People who work here are nice and friendly. I just wish they open longer hours (Lifetime Fitness operates 24 hours!). I also wish they don't increase the membership fee too often, it is already pretty expensive. Well, I rather pay a little bit more to have a clean and well-equipped facilities.

I have been a member of the concourse for years....it's like joining a fitness country club. The staff is awesome, the group fitness classes are the best, and the facilities are impeccable. There are lots of social activities giving you an opportunity to get to know the people who work out at your gym.
