"Chris was very professional. He went out of his way when I called and told him I had no heat. My heater gave out after serving me since 1960. Chris came after finishing the job he was on to see what he needed to replace my heater. This man arrived after 8 pm. He returned the very next day and installed the heater. He expressed concern about me not having heat and worked until we had heat. He answered all my questions and concerns. I had contacted 3 other prospects but Chris gave me the best value and service. He demonstrates excellent customer service. I would recommend Chris to everyone

"After a very informative initial presentation I decided to go with Chris and CRT Mechanical for my new air conditioning and heating system. He showed up the moment he was expected and he and his crew worked throughout the day and completed the work very professionally in one day. Chris takes care of the paperwork for the rebates, which is a big help, and my heater is performing better than expected. I look forward to lower energy bills. I would, and will, recommend Chris to all of my friends and neighbors. At the very least, everyone deciding on a new A/C or heater should hear what Chris has to say. A+ rating." William W.

Horrible! Me and my fiance' had a heater problem, we heard about Chris at CRT mechanical, so we decided to give him a try. WORST MISTAKE OF OUR LIVES. His "nice guy" appeal gave us warmth and comfort, but than we were charged for a job that should have been completed when heater was initially installed. He came out to our house SEVERAL times, yet problem is still NOT resolved. We STILL have a hazard tag clamped onto our MISPLACED clean out, thanks to PGW(Philadelphia Gas Works). We have been trying to contact him for more than two weeks. He promised someone to come out Thurs or Fri of two weeks ago. No one called. No one showed. Now he is not returning our call, he is not responding to our messages, and we end up with a heater and clean out that disables us from using our GAS. To top everything off.. He claims he never does work in Philadelphia, yet he has a "testimonial" from Philadelphia from "S. Nash" saying how great he is.. Good Game Chris see you in court. :)

We try are hardest to make everybody happy. Unfortunatly sometimes we get behind, It is somertime and A/C season is crazy with these heat waves its been a 24 hours a day for the past 3 weeks. We take care of a few assisted living communities and its very important that the a/c is running. My customer is DG, not vince. I have been working for this customer for almost a year. Her old boiler was not on good condition and I did make a few trips. The first service call was all she paid for, the next 2 or maybe 3 repeat calls were not charged. Then she hired me to replace a baseboard,in the master bedroom,and thermostat and a couple of weeks later to replace the boiler, A happy repeat customer. Months later I received a call from DG and she asked for me to come out and re route her chimmney, and add a clean out. Well we did,The inspector said the tee was about 4 inches away from where the inspector wanted it, vince called, and very ignorantley told me it had to be fixed, and no charge and it should have been done with the boiler. I did tell him I'd be out. I got backed up, Called DG to rechedual, and could not make the next appointment. They are not living in the home, This is not a emergency, And I was not going to do it after 3:00 pm. I'm sorry your not happy, sorry that you tenent screwed everything up for you. If you want to drag me to court for the $150.00 I charged for the piping be my guest. My estimate for the boiler did not include chimmney piping. Ive tried to call DG and her phone does not take call at this time.Hmmm. I'm not calling vince or answering his calls. He is not my customer. I do not appriciate the nasty call from vince. Hey vince I said I don't do much work in the city, and yes S Nash is very happy along with 98% of my other customers.
