I have 16 scripts a month through CVS. The pharmacist at another store called and verified an out of stock perscription. When I arrived an hour later. It wasn't filled, they were out of stock. The personnel had to finish talking about their personal life before they acknowledge I had been standing there for 15 min.

Forget the convenience-it is not conceivable to me that a pharmacy can be so unhelpful and incompetent-need to get rid of all the people that work at the counters-they could care less about customer service and are plain stupid-when I've complained the pharmacists don't care either. TWO THUMBS DOWN-BOO!!!

This is my local pharmacy. I stop in all the time for milk or batteries. What can I say: The front counter staff are generally surly and poorly trained. It's never very pleasant interacting with them. I'm also tired of being asked if I have a CVS value card and when I reply 'no' they scan one from behind the counter and give me the discount anyway -- why not just have one pricing system and forget the loyalty cards? Otherwise, the place is typical for a CVS...
