I've been going to Cabena's for about 10 years now. Chuck and Cory have been taking care of my Hondas and Toyotas and I couldn't be more pleased. They take the time to explain the repairs and maintenance needed and aren't looking to "up-sell" you on frivolous unnecessary services to line their pockets. If you are looking for an honest, excellent mechanic to service your Japanese car, look no further. These guys are the real deal. It is a small shop that does outstanding work.

I brought my daughter's Infiniti G35 to Cabena's for the first time for some work recently and was delighted with the level of care and professionalism by Chuck and his team. They took care of the car quickly and were extremely concerned that I walked out of there satisfied. My first impression was confirmed 2 days later when I needed to have something done on the car on an urgent basis and Chuck and his team came through again, even though he was overloaded as it was. I highly recommend Cabena's for anyone looking for a knowledgeable, courteous and understanding place to bring your car.

I have taken my Honda Accord to Cabena's several times and both times I was highly impressed. Chuck the owner greeted me both times and assured me that he would only use original Honda parts and it would be done right the first time- I must say that each time he honored his word!! "Boy that is hard to find in car care/repairs". I'm happy enough to refer my 77 year old dad there without me being there or having to go over the invoice later-so yes I high recommend this services center for all car care! D.M.

I came to Cabena's on the recommendation of two neighbors after a local Honda dealer said I needed a repair that was well over $1000 and was overwhelmingly pleased with how great Chuck treated me - he even drove me home and came back to pick me up himself. He gave me a much more reliable and fair assessment of the issue I had with my Honda CR-V, not to mention a more reasonable price. I will take my cars to him from now on! Had a great feeling about him from the start.

Chuck and his team are fantastic to work with. Honest. Great work. Good prices. I made the mistake of purchasing a used Lexus from a "reputable" dealer in town without taking it to Chuck, first. Big mistake. Over the past 18 months, I have been able to slowly nurse it back to good condition without taking out a second mortgage and Cabenas will be the only mechanic working on it from now on! Can't go wrong, here. They have serviced 2 Hondas and now a Lexus from me...more in the future.

Buying used vehicles can be very difficult. You should always have them inspected by someone that knows the type vehicle well. A clean Carfax doesn't mean anything. We get a lot of cars in here with clean Carfaxes that have been twisted. Even low mileage cars! I'm just glad that we were able to help out, and thank you for considering us your home for your car repair needs. - chuck -
I've been a customer for 4 years. First experience was with an older junker that Chuck kept alive for another 2 years. Most recent experience was with my newer vehicle, which had odd electrical problems. Chuck and crew went the extra mile in their diagnosis, and saved me hundreds (maybe more). Pros: honest; reliable; offers options when things are tricky, and doesn't try to push an agenda; no snobbery or arrogance. Cons: They are a small outfit and busy, so you may need to wait a day or two for service. But it's worth the wait, and you'll likely save enough money to come out ahead even if you have to rent a car from Enterprise while yours is waiting. If you're looking for honest, reliable service, you found it. If you want a nice waiting room with TV and coffee, look elsewhere. Chuck, Cory, Jason and Susan, thanks for taking care of your customers!

I have been using this shop for a little over 2 years now. Recently my wife's 2005 Camry was in an accident and Chuck spent almost hour to inspect the car; he didn't charge us for his time. We also have 2004 Honda Odyssey with a transmission issue and Chuck fixed it for a fair price. I live at Woodstock and drive over to Chuck's just for oil change. Chuck and his team is the best auto care service I have ever experienced in my life! They geniunely care about their customers and the vehicles they serviced. I just had my timing belt work done and they are very thorough and have done an excellent job! They have really looked out for me and I am one of their many many happy customers. And it is because they are honest, straight forward, and very pleasant to deal with. Finally, on every service, suzie always follow up with a phone call to check on you and make sure everything is okay! They geniunely care. I believe the reviews on here are all legit and I also highly recommend Cabena's. I now have a friend in the auto care business. Thanks Guys! ~johnny

Thank you for the kind words! When I left the dealership so many years ago, it was with the idea that we could fix cars properly and provide a comfortable family environment. Finding a good, reliable mechanic is not an easy thing to do. I recently brought in my Toyota for repairs and, although there were numerous issues with the car, Chuck and his team did a great job of evaluating, explaining and replacing the parts necessary. Chuck is clearly knowledgeable and I have the utmost confidence in his assessment and workmanship. It was a great experience and I will come back, without a doubt.
