In need of a quality management team
As frequent customers (+50 times), the food is generally quite good but can be inconsistent. The management is consistently unresponsive to correcting issues and non-apologetic. While there are some excellent servers, the management makes you feel as if they are doing you a favor by allowing you to eat there. It is really ashame as this could be a top notch restaurant. I hope the owners read this and make improvements. The solution is not "free stuff", but consistent excellent service and food experience, and a planned response to issues that do not include the customer is just wrong.

Good spot
This is a good restaurant. It has pretty much everything that you would expect from a place like this. Good food, good service, nice atmosphere.

Excellent!
Expensive but worth it! The food is always excellent and most of the time the service matches. Wonderful atmosphere and I greatly appreciate the consistency in the food every time we have dined here. One of the top 3 steakhouses in the greater Metro Atlanta area.

good food
We had an excellent meal here. Our main server was very friendly and attentive, but the rest of the staff was very aloof In this day and age I hope they appreciate their customers - it is expensive here But overall we had a good evening here -- the tuna tartare and the scallops are to die for.

Great Lunch Stop
Cabernet has a great "in and out" lunch time turn around. You can be out as quick as you want (wih a guarantee of 45 minutes).
Customer Service from the host and wait staff can be spotty and elitist at times and absolutely perfect at others.
Everything on the menu is great! I HIGHLY recommend the Prime Rib Sandwich! At $10 for the plate it is easily the best lunch time option around.
