Find another company to deal with - this is not a business that you want to deal with. This company nickel and dimes you to death with attitude! I have dealt with this company on 2 different occasions, and both times I walked away unhappy. Construction in your home is stressful enough, why deal with a vendor that does not want to partner with you to get you the best products for your money. THey have terrible service and the owner has tremendous attitude like he is doing YOU a favor by selling you cabinets. The "FREE" measure is a lie, just like the "value" he claims he brings to your project!

I wish I had seen these reviews before I went there. Our initial quote was well below the final quote. I had another cabinet source with a better offer, same product. I provided an invoice and still couldn't get my 250.00 designer fee back.

We recently received went through the Costco cabinet program and found our way to Kevin Kramer at Trusource Cabinets. The experience was probably the worst experience I have had with a small business and a salesman. He knew our budget, gave us a bogus quote, only to "bait ans switch" us once the designer came to our home. When we did not purchase the cabinets, he required us to pay $250 out of pocket for the designer fee. This was very disappointing, and I strongly recommend you stay away from this business and the negative sales tactics. He does not sell his product as much as he tries to use scare tactics regarding other types of cabinets. I urge you to stay away from his business.

I had a wonderful experience with Cabinet Wholesalers. Not only did we receive excellent customer service, we saved almost 20% on our cabinets (compared to Home Depot). I read the reviews below and decided to check the BBB. Cabinet Wholesalers has a clean BBB record. It makes me believe the other "bad" references had an agenda and do not have legitimate complaints.

I wish I had read the previous review. I absolutely share the same experience. Not only that the "president" of the company mislead us about the delivery and about the pick up time, but also he has no customer service skills whatsoever. He was extremely, unacceptably rude, including hanging up on me over the phone. I highly recommend you go elsewhere for the cabinets.
