Hair simulation is a process that requires multiple visits for the final outcome. It is NOT a one visit procedure. This gentleman was advised in writing prior to scheduling his only appointment as well as during his appointment the day of the first and only appointment (what is typically two or three visits depending on how the person accepts the pigment). Rather than giving me the courtesy of a phone call or email to contact me with his concerns, he posted a negative reply to Kudzu. I have proactively contacted him numerous times and asked him to come to our office to assess and address his concerns. He lives out of state, and I have offered to meet him half way (to defray travel costs for him) to examine my workmanship because I DO stand behind my workmanship. I cannot stand behind my workmanship if I am not given the opportunity to see the results of my work. I asked for him to send me pictures knowing that pictures can be photo-shopped or edited. I have dealt in good faith with him and will continue to do so. My name and my workmanship is very important to me. I have communicated openly and honestly (and proactively) with this gentleman and remain more than willing to see him to be given the opportunity to help his resolve his concerns.
