Cactus Car Wash

I've only been to Cactus 3x, but every experience has been great. They seem so organized even when it is a busy Saturday morning. I would give it 5 stars, but on my last wash, one of the cleaners "suggested" that I give him a larger tip and that was a bit of a turn off. Overall, I've never been to a car wash that reasonably priced and they go over and above to make sure that your car looks new and shiny!

I've been going to this location since moving to Atlanta, but today is the last day. I drove in to have my car washed. Since I was the only car, my car should have gone right through but it didn't. I didn't think anything of it. After I drove off a piece from my inside-mirror was hanging down and I quickly realized my inside mirror had been damaged.

I turned around to show them the problem. The guy who sprays the car when service is completed looked at it and decided to call the manager, (not using his name for legal reasons) over. He assessed it and determined that it had been damaged before due to taping. Well it had never been damaged before and it was perfect when I came in I exclaimed. It dawned on me at that moment that they had damaged the car prior to coming through and tha'ts why it took so long to get online to be washed. Needless to say, he "handled" me; denied everything and said they will not repair prior damage, which there was no prior damage. If it were, the tape that they used would had been tattered and not so new, esp. since direct sunlight would have hit it.

Don't go to this car wash, they have no intergrity, in fact, the manger laughed at me as he walked away after offering me a free wax job. This isn't over by a long-shot.

How do you guys sleep at night? Terrible job. Took forever. No apologies when i complained. Car still has dirt and wax all over it and now I get to go do it again at home. It'so easy to do a good job and people like me would be posting GOOD reviews on kudzu.....

The only reason I gave a full star is due to nothing less being available. I used to bring my car to this location often and they typically did a good job. The last two times I have been regretful in doing so. I thought the first bad experience was a fluke, but it turns out it's just poor service. Both times I paid $40 for the ""super clean"", which is supposed to mean they clean the inside and out. My car still had dust on the dash and the floors were not vacuumed, they also missed several places on the exterior. The old adage you get what you pay for? Not in this case, they don't give you any value for your dollar. POOR POOR POOR, don't take your car to this location!!
