I had been going to Cactus for years and the service/quality was OK at best...It is fine as a last resort but after my latest visit, I will never go back here again. I had my Jeep Commander washed and in this car there is a 3rd row seat. After I arrived home, I noticed that they did not vacuum this area nor wash the windows. Totally ignored it. I called to speak to a manager and was told that he was not available. I asked for him to call me back. They said they would have him call me. Guess what, no call back. Poor service on the car and poor customer service. I would have had a better wash from the Girl Scouts doing $5 washes in the church parking lot. Save your $.

Went to the Ponce DeLeon Location. My car was left at the lot and was half-dry by the time someone attended it. By then there were dry marks on the hood. The windows were left smudged. They did not even touch the side mirrors.

I have been going going to Cactus for years. Last weekend I took my car in after a tree had dropped blossoms on my car. However, after I received an oil change and the supreme car wash, my car sat out in the sun and dried before anyone was available to wipe it down. As a result, the sap from the blossoms baked into my car. I just returned my car and they told me I allowed the sap to bake into the car and they would charge me $100.00 to remove it. Had they done their job in the first place, this would not have happened. Also, they could have cared less! Needless to say, I will never go back.

I don't get my car washed very often, but every time I go to the Catus off Ponce de Leon, I feel like I have a new car! I've never had to wait long for their base service (~$9) and they have a nice waiting area with a coffee shop and free wi-fi. It's 500 times better than going through a gas station car wash at only a few bucks more. Plus, the drive-thru car washes don't clean out my interior - Cactus does.

My car was in dire need of a wash, and Cactus is on my way home from work on Ponce so I decided to try them out. Bad move. I just wanted a wash, but opted for the Deluxe Buff & Wax for $59.95. Upon receiving my car I noticed that the rims were not fully cleaned (a good bit of brake dust still showed) and there were various other small marks marks on my vehicle that should have come off with a proper wash and wax. Once I got home I got a microfiber cloth and some spray detailer and was able to remove bugs from my hood that Cactus could not get off (or didn't care to get off) with their orbital buffers. Even the wax they used which they claimed is cleaner wax feels sub par. Anytime a vehicle is properly waxed it should feel silky smooth to touch, and such was not the case with my vehicle. Overall a very shoddy cleaning job on their part. Entire service took only 20 minutes, which is rather quick, but entirely too quick to a do a proper wash and wax. Cactus seems more concerned with speed rather than quality, and it shows. On top of that, one of their employees backed a customers car into another customers car and it ended up being a giant fiasco with the police being involved. Spend your money elsewhere, either that, or just get the base wash, because their upsales are completely worthless.

I just returned from the Cactus on Ponce. I paid the $29.95. I thought it was decent service, not great. I had to remind them to vacuum the trunk and they only did an average job on that. Overall a decent job. I agree with the earlier commenter that the man who greets you can be rude ... he kept offering me a wax job -- how many times can I say 'no thanks...' Overall, I would use again -- it was quick and my car is shiny...

I have been to the Cactus on Piedmont many many times and liked them. The last visit, my car ended up with some kind of soap bubbles all over it. They insisted it was 'tree sap' and wouldn't rewash it. Since I park in a lot that has no trees whatsoever, and the bubbles were on every surface of the car, from the front bumper, sides, roof, mirrors, back bumper, etc it was just not possible that a tree could have done it. Also, I have parked in the same place for ten years and there have never been bubbles on the car. They wouldn't listen to me, wouldn't rewash the car, so I will never go back.

I've been to the Cactus location in Alpharetta multiple times since they opened. The last time I was there, the job was POOR in comparison to the previous times I had been there. When I got home, I called and the lady told me to come back. I wasn't able to go back that day, but when I did go back, the manager and owner both would rather argue with me than just fix the problem. I just stood there, kind of shocked, as the owner argued with me about a $12 car wash that could have been easily solved by rewashing my windows and vacuuming the entire back that had been missed on the first attempt. NOT a good customer service experience. I was made to feel like the bad guy...an IDIOT...for not knowing their "procedures" for complaints. Stupid me - didn't realize that was my responsibility. The owner lost a customer. There are PLENTY of other quality car washes here!

Took my car in for its 1st ever car wash (car is 4 months old) and Catcus managed to put two large gouges across the dash / console near the gear shift as they cleaned the car. To make matters worse, management seemed totally unconcerned, and although they did fill out a damage report, I haven't heard from they yet (almost a week). I definitely won't be going back - seeing the scratches every day is painful enough!
