Cactus Car Wash

I had been going to Cactus for years and the service/quality was OK at bestIt is fine as a last resort but after my latest visit, I will never go back here again. I had my Jeep Commander washed and in this car there is a 3rd row seat. After I arrived home, I noticed that they did not vacuum this area nor wash the windows. Totally ignored it. I called to speak to a manager and was told that he was not available. I asked for him to call me back. They said they would have him call me. Guess what, no call back. Poor service on the car and poor customer service. I would have had a better wash from the Girl Scouts doing $5 washes in the church parking lot. Save your $.

Went to the Ponce DeLeon Location. My car was left at the lot and was half-dry by the time someone attended it. By then there were dry marks on the hood. The windows were left smudged. They did not even touch the side mirrors.

I have been going going to Cactus for years. Last weekend I took my car in after a tree had dropped blossoms on my car. However, after I received an oil change and the supreme car wash, my car sat out in the sun and dried before anyone was available to wipe it down. As a result, the sap from the blossoms baked into my car. I just returned my car and they told me I allowed the sap to bake into the car and they would charge me $100.00 to remove it. Had they done their job in the first place, this would not have happened. Also, they could have cared less! Needless to say, I will never go back.

Cactus has gotten bad over the years--it used to be good. Their service is hostile. I got a detail and they broke my emblem and refused to fix it. The "detail" was no better than the $6 wash at a gas station.

I don't get my car washed very often, but every time I go to the Catus off Ponce de Leon, I feel like I have a new car! I've never had to wait long for their base service (~$9) and they have a nice waiting area with a coffee shop and free wi-fi. It's 500 times better than going through a gas station car wash at only a few bucks more. Plus, the drive-thru car washes don't clean out my interior - Cactus does.
