Could not find the Midtown location, so writing the review here. Good food and if you run into the owner, you get a real experience. He I very happy to share information and like your parents gives samples to try new items.

Drop by Al's place for excellent food, coffee, drinks, and conversation. Carnivore, vegetarian, doesn't matter there's food for anyone who wants to give it a try. The owner goes out of his way to treat you like his own guest and offers different suggestions on what to try and provides tastes of desserts and sides while you talk with him. Don't expect anything there to be the same twice as Al's the antithisis of an automaton and moves to his own beat. Take it or leave it.

The food was wonderful and the owner was very entertaining. As first timers, he made my group a huge plate of appetizers and then proceeded to tell us what we were going to order. We took our chances and all thought everything we ate was excellent! I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

This is really one of the best restaurants in Buckhead, in true Greek fasion, the prices are inconsistent, but the atmosphere is lively and the food superb. I would suggest trying the sampler platter of different dips/ veggies.

There are a few things that would make any other spot in Atlanta receive a HUGE failing grade... NO parking, very small dining area, inconsistent pricing (yes... Al seems to make up price based on weather he likes you as a customer or not). But the quality of food, and the liveliness of Al (the proprietor) make you forget all about the downside of this little spot. My office mates and I make it over to Agora at least twice a month. Everything on the menu is exceptional... haven't had a bad meal yet! I hope they stay in business forever.
