Tiny quaint old house under two grand old oaks. Smell the smoked meat and you know you've found the right place. Look for the chalk board announcing if they have homemade banana puddin that night! Everything is better than you will expect! Treat yourself

This family owned restaurant is very, very clean. Great food. Homemade on property. Friendly service. Wish it was open every day!

I finally went to Cafe Pig. It was good and the baked beans were wonderful. I didn't think it was all that everyone had spoken about but it was good. I didn't go hungry.

Cafe Pig is our favorite BBQ joint - anywhere! Tender smoky ribs that are NOT smothered in thick sauce. You can enjoy the flavor of the meat. The same is true for their pulled pork. The sauce is NC style, nice and vinegar-ie with a hint of sweet. If you're not in the mood for barbeque, their vegetables are very good too - generous portions cooked just right. The brunswick stew is the best I've had since Old Hickory House closed down -thick with chunks of meat and you can still see the
veggies. Cafe Pig is located in a small house back off the road. It's fun to eat at the picnic tables out front in warm weather. Go try it - you won't be disappointed!

Out of the way location but barbeque is fine. Only open for lunch during the week. I wish they would include chips or something with the sandwiches. My wife liked their Brunswick stew
