Whether you're a vegetarian or a carnivore, this restaurant is fantastic. The food is always fresh and so delicious and I've never been disappointed eating here. I love the atmosphere as well and recommend this restaurant often!

I have been eating at the Sunflower Cafe for the last 5+ years. I usually go only on special occasions since it is a bit pricey for my budget ($50 for two with desert). Due to the fact that I cannot eat dairy - They are the only place in town that has dairy-free deserts - And they are spectacular! The lasagna is my favorite dish - And my husband always orders the burrito. Neither of us are vegetarian, but we love eating here!

I have been excited to eat at Cafe Sunflower for quite sometime and today I went for lunch. It was a HUGE disappointment. Hummus was okay but nothing special. The soup of the day was potato and corn chowder which really tasted like a can of corn mixed with water and a boiled potato. I had the lasagna and it took seconds for it to come out and the plate was hot. It was definitely microwaved. I ate a few bites and couldn't stomach any more. And for all of this plus poor service, I payed more than $25! I could have flushed it down the toilet.

Just like its posh cousin (the one in Buckhead), Cafe Sunflower is a great establishment. The atmosphere is definitely different than the Buckhead location but the food and service are top notch. The food is ever so delicious and a bit varied from the other location. The few times I been here for dinner it did get a little busy but the service timing was great. If you are into vegetarian or vegan food and for some reason OTP, then you must swing by here.

This used to be my favorite restaurant. One that I was excited to share with my meat eating friends. Favorite dishes included the stuffed squash, stuffed mushrooms, wild mushroom pasta, their world's best veggie burger, and that incredible chocolate cake. After moving back to Atlanta from living in another state, I couldn't wait to go back to Cafe Sunflower. What happened while I was gone??? I paid $14.95 for a veggie burger that was a flattened patty of Gimmie Lean Sausage (something I can make myself). The burger was overcooked and took up only 1/2 the bun, leaving me with mostly bread. In addition, I got 6 "fries" and a tablespoon of cucumber salad (yes, I measured). To top it all off, the beans in the side salad were extremely undercooked and inedible. Totally unacceptable food; Cafe Sunflower has lost a faithful patron forever!!!

Aside from the great selection of relaxing music, their food is delicious. They also have a beautiful garden, and the overall setting is perfect for a a bit of rest during the day.

I too am not a vegetarian, but love vegetables, so i had wanted to try this restaurant. A group of coworkers went for lunch and had a great time! The food choices were surprising - not all salads and vegetables. You can certainly fill up with their entrees. And we had cake for dessert that was fantastic. One coworker is allergic to wheat, so they had some gluten free options, and our server was able to answer our questions about the menu. Will definitely return!

I'm not a vegetarian but like a lot of vegetarian food so this was a natural for me to check out. I went with a vegetarian friend and was very impressed with it. I had the black bean cakes and they were DELICIOUS! The spice was great, the bok choy and greens were terrific. I thought I'd only eat half when I saw the serving and demolished all of it in no time. I am definitely going back.

I'm not a vegetarian, so I'm not forced to eat here. The food is great; you don't miss the meat. I wish they would expand or seasonally change up the menu though. I think I've had every item on it.

... but this place is very good. I happen to work with a vegetarian (she does have good qualities), so going out for a team lunch is not too easy to work out. One day we opted for this place and I was impressed. No, tofu meat does not taste like meat, nor does soy chicken taste like chicken. But it doesn't taste like tofu! It tastes good, there's a variety of posibilities, and even good desserts. Prices are not steak either!
