Catherine baked my mother's 90th birthday cake & she was prompt & professional. Words cannot relate the great taste of the cake and it was designed superbly! Mother loves to crochet & knit - I left the design of the cake up to Catherine who put two different colors of icing, made like balls of yarn and golden needles. The cake was so eloquent - made like a weaved knitting basket.Simply delicious and extraordinary. I highly recommend Cakes by C to anyone planning a special occasion. Our guests were very impressed & many asked her for business cards. Her prices r very reasonable. I felt like I was hosting an Oprah held event and the cake was the biggest hit! Never tasted a cake as good as the one she made for my mother. I believe Catherine puts her heart & soul into making sure her cakes are heavenly. As a former Asst. Dir. of alumni affairs for a major univ. I have high standards of entertainment and food preparation. Cakes by C are the best in Georgia and I will use her services for all my future events. - Happy in Fairburn, GA

I went to Mrs.C for a cake tasting for my upcoming wedding. My husband and I fell in love with the cake and her spirit! I got pregnant not 2 weeks after the tasting so instead of making my wedding cake she made my baby shower cake. I only had an idea and she was able to pull it out of my head and turn it into a beautiful, delicious, cake. Everyone loved it, I even have some friends who posted the pic on they're Facebook page. I love the service, the cake was awesome, and I plan to have Mrs. C do all my cakes from now own!

I have used this pastry chef for venues to numerious to mention. Mrs.C has been consistent in her product and service. Upon seeing a negative review concerning a wedding cake issue, I have a pretty good idea that this person had nothing to do with the true client that was serviced by Cakes By C. Catherine has personally delivered her wedding cakes across to Alabama, up to Detroit over to Washington D.C. and back down to North and South Carolina. All venues occuring in a timely manner and consistent with her profession.It is sometimes said that you can please some of the people some of the time but not all the people all the time. Catherine gives 110% all the time. I guess some people desire 111%

She totally forgot about the order and stated she could not work miracles! She finally showed up with a down right aweful cake. She was suppose to have made the Bride and Grooms cake, But as is goes she had to have the money up front. How do you run a business (bakery) and forgot to make your cakes?? Lame and dumb. Now we will see how she willingly she refunds the money. NEVER WILL RECOMMEND HER.

I have found the best bakery in Atlanta Ga, Cakes by C. So far I have purchased 2 cakes from the bakery and both of them have been absolutly fab. The Adida Sneaker cake Mrs C. created for me was unlike anything I have ever seen. If you want a beatuful cake that taste great go to Cakesbyc.com you wont regret it!
