Got a Benz.... Don't take it here... ever!
Took my Mercedes there and they took forever to get it in and after it was done, took their sweet time doing the paper work. Pretty sure they billed my insurance for replacement work when all they did was bondo and paint (and a half-a$$ job at that) also they broke my air temperature sensor and just cleared the code to get the engine light off (which came back on as I pulled into my driveway after I left) DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE EVER!

Poor workmanship
I do not recommend to bring your car in Caliber particularly in 620. I had my vehicle repaired and I could not believe they deliver vehicles without quality inspection. They called me mid afternoon to say my car is ready for pick-up and said they will be closing 5:30pm. I came there 5:15 and my car was not ready. They as said detailing my car. When they had the car park for me to drive it looks like it was rushed in a drive thru carwashnot impressive. Then I walked around and pin stripe was missing. They forgot to put the pin stripe so my car was pulled back to the shop to put pinstripe quickly. Then it only took about 5 min. and said here you go pinstripe installed. When I looked at it was rushed installation where installed slightly curvy. So that's fine with menot too abvious. Following morning I went back to look how they did on repairing my car. Under the bright sunny sky I see paint was poorly donenumber of portion are oversprayed and long pin marks. So of course warrantied. I called the shop and they asked me to bring it back. It tooked a couple of days to fix it so turn out of be fine after. After fhree months, part of the fender covers and rear bumper starting to squeak when the vehicle is running. So me an my wife asked each other from day to day we use the vehiclewhat is that noise? Following weekend, I set some time to do inspection to find what was that noise about. Looking behind the rear fender and bumper I see the bumper is loose that part of it rattles up and down. Then I see about 3 main bolts to hold the bumper are missing. And underneath the fender on the fender cover all 5 bolts are missing. The only thing that hold the fender cover is the rubber seal on the top. Unbelievablethese people. Very unprofessional. Yesits warrantied but imagine the hustle of dropping and picking up to fix things back over and over. I won't recommend this place. Now on I learned never trust these guys no more....

Quality work, great customer service
I had to take my car in for front bumper and turnlight repairs. Initially I chose this shop because it was close to my. An unknown bonus to me was the Enterprise 2 doors down! From the beginning to end the service was friendly by several different employees. Becky was the great receptionist who got the ball rolling and Stason was the adjustment specialist. Stason keep me up to date on when repairs would be completed. I even decided to get my headlights replaced--out of my own pocket and there was no sales pressure to do this. The prices matched what they said the cost would be so there were no surprises. When it was time to pick up my car I noticed my license plate needed two more screws to secure the plate and when I informed Stason, he promptly attended to it. I recommend this shop without reservation; it's clean, the people are polite and they kept me informed throughout the process. Great job guys!\r\rThanks,\rElizabeth F.\rAustin

I think The technitions got thier degree in a cracker jack box!
I took my car to this place and I have had to return it 3 times, the first time they left all the dents on the passenger side, and buffed over the scratches, which I could still see! the second time I returned it They still didnt buff it right and there were still chips on the same side they still didn't paint and I could still see the scratches and there were waves in the side they did paint! Then they got rude with me like i am a pain in the Butt, So now 2 months later it's still there. Wow learn how to Paint!!!
