Twice now, I've ordered lunch to-go. The 1st time, the quality and quantity were both disappointing. I chalked it up to they were having an 'off' day. After all, my past experiences with CA Pizza Kitchen were all positive, but that was over 10 years ago when I lived in CA. Unfortunately, my 2nd try here in ATL was as disappointing as the 1st. Both times, I ordered a salad: The romaine lettuce in the salad had big chunks of the white spine, with little green included. Although I'd asked for dressing on the side, both times, they saturated the salad with dressing. Too much salad dressing + waiting several minutes before eating = limp salad mush. Also, both times, the amount of chicken in the salad was about 2-3 oz. At least the overall amount they served was so small that I didn't waste much. Also, both times, I tried their "Curb-Side Service". Ha! After waiting nearly 10 minutes both times, I gave up and went in to get my order. Won't be going back, especially if it's a to-go order!

This location near Perimeter Mall is a favorite stop when we find ourselves in the area. We love several of the pizzas and pasta dishes, especially the garlic fettuccine alfredo. The spinach artichoke dip is great too. We visit CPKs as often as we can.

You don't get a slice of great pizza, you get the whole pie... The various topping assortments keeps me going back & trying a pizza I wish I had the last time I was there; like the Chipotle Chicken Pizza or the Mango Tandoori Chicken Pizza. The salads are awesome & filling too. Try the Mediterranean Salad or the Thai Crunch Salad.
The CPK salads are where its at! They are so delicious I end up craving them everyday come lunch-time. The prices are great too considering how much you get. My favorite salad is by far the chop BBQ chix with extra Avacados ;) YUM! I just tried their new Miso Salad as well and it is now in the running. I like the openess of the kitchen and the space. The only thing is the temperature of the restaurant, it always feels a little cold. But other than that this place rocks, ATL needs more of them.
The salad and the pizza at CPK are fantastic. I normally get the BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad and the Sedona Soup. You have got to try it! GREAT! And the service is not bad either.
Today was my first visit. I always thought California Pizza kitchen was a fast food place but it is far from it. Anyhow, the food was good and the service was decent. Will probably go back.
