Great Home Inspection for New Buyer
Dave showed up early to get the inspection going. He walked us through each step of the inspection and explained what he was looking for. He also told us the approximate cost to fix each of the things he found that were "wrong" with the home. We were very pleased with his professionalism the inspection.
Paid $468 for standard home inspection + Radon test.

Bad News is Good News
Dave Roos is truthful and direct about defects, even when we don't want to hear it. He saved me from purchasing, what I thought was my dream home. Once he saw all the problems in the crawl space he immediately brought them to my attention. The seller performed piece-meal repairs and Dave was very honest in telling me what needed to be done before he would provide me with an inspection certificate. I opted not to purchase that home and have since purchased another. I always knew that once I found another home, that I would call Dave again for the inspection process. Awesome Inspection
The inspector arrived on time and was very efficient. He was very thorough and made some great suggestions on what would need to be updated in the condo. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a house inspection.

Put your mind at ease.
Dave did a fantastic job. He was very thorough, answered all of my questions, and explained everything so I could understand it and he answered my additional questions long after his inspection was complete. Being a first time home buyer I was afraid of hiring a bad inspector that would miss key problems. I am so thankful I found Dave, I couldn't have found a better inspector!
