While this place was supposed to be the best and they did a good job on my first camera, I had a very bad experience with the second time. We left our camcorder with them-the contract said -either pay the repair fee, pay the estimate and get your camera, or abandon camera and no fee. I called to say we didn't want the camera and the customer service lady said we owe a small fee. I asked why the contract said the opposite and she began to lecture me, saying WHATEVER when I would ask a quesiton. I asked to talk to her supervisor and she hung up. When I filed a complaint, the owner said she was very mild and I must have been very offensive in demanding not to pay. Totally nuts. I am done with this place.
