Took our motorhome to have a tow and hitch added, plus check a leak in the slide and mount a TV. They said the leak was due to a bad roof. They replaced the slide roof, sealed the entire roof, found a faulty leveler, mounted a new flat screen. Two months later we picked up the vehicle. One day later still had the leak and now the wood trim next to the leak was pealing. Took it back. They said they would fix the leak, protested but agreed to fix the wood. One week later I got a call five minutes before closing that the leak was fixed but they were not going to,fix the wood. I persuaded them to fix the wood. I packed my things for the third time and called to ask when the job would be completed. It was 10:00am. No call back. Called at 12:30. They said it would be ready at 5:30 (too late to pick up the RV and find a campground on a Friday. After $10,000.00, three moves in and out and about 2 1/2 months of imposing on a friend of my daughter and I got an argument, a hostile conversation and no apology until I explained why I needed one. The manager doesn't understand his job. I suspect it is a top down problem. Are there any reputable Motorhome service dealers in or near Atlanta?

I hate going to this Camping World location. They are never aware of the Camping World offers, coupons and specials. And they do NOT offer an "Express Oil Change service" as Camping World advertises. My last express oil change took 2-1/2 hours, even tho I was their first customer at their door at 8:00am opening. Other work that I've had done there has not been quality work, and it always takes FOREVER to get anything done. Prices are high, plus they charge a bogus $6.00 shop supplies fee for floor covering and shop towels which they don't even use for some services. I've been using Casey's Mobile RV Repair Service instead when I can and they are GREAT. Do yourself a favor and try Casey's. You like it much better than Camping World, Woodstock.
